This letter finalizes the deal between the two companies by having the C.G. Conn company sign the Purchase Agreement which would have been enclosed with this letter. It explains that Ludwig has recieved all of the merchandise on the Purchase Agreement have been fulfilled except the formal assignement of various trade marks and trade names. After recipet of the signed agreement, Ludwig will forward the balance due of $5,000.00.
